Primitive Cookie Cutter - Rabbit CC90 A primitive cookie cutter of a stylized rabbit. Quite a primitive interpretation and truly unique. This cutter is made of heavy, darkened tin and does have nice folded over edges. The solders are about 90% intact on this specimen but it does not distract from the form or presentation of this piece. This one of a kind cake cutter is 7 3/4" by 3 3/4" with a cutter depth of 5/8". Antique Spice Set SS05 Here is a beautiful early spice set in Excellent condition. The exterior of this set sports a gold oriental motif stenciled on an asphaltum finish. This detailed motif is featured on the top and three sides of the spice box and is very clean and free of any scratches. The hasp assembly and hinges on this spice box are intact and function perfectly. The interior of the box is in near mint condition and is finished in a wonderful copper colored japanned finish. Each of the six individual spice containers is stenciled in gold with the following spice names: Nutmeg, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice and Mace. The interiors of the individual tins still retain their bright finish and all of the tins are free of scratches or dents. This wonderful specimen stands 3 ½” tall by 9 ¼” X 6”. Each of the tins stands 2 7/8” tall with a diameter of 3”. Spice sets of this vintage, in a condition this good, are a rare find and this museum quality specimen would will hold it’s own in any collection.
Primitive Grater GR36 A beautiful, primitive grater specimen in Good + condition. This grater has character galore with its attractive patina and unusual design. This grater would make the perfect addition to any collection of antique kitchenalia and would make a great accent piece in any room. At 15 3/4" in length and 6 1/2 wide" its a real eye catcher.
Cake Pan - L. E. Brown - Centennial M32 A very collectable Swans Down Cake Flour cake pan with double release doors. This specimen has a small sliding door on opposite sides of the pan to aid in the release of the finished cake. This is a very clean example that still has a nice bright tin finish. Both of the doors open and close freely and there are no dents or dings. A great addition to any collection and real fun to cook with.
